Child Safeguarding Policy

AWOW is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. All staff, volunteers, and visitors are expected to share this commitment. Our policy is reviewed annually.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Bullying in any form, physical, verbal, or online, is not tolerated at AWOW. All incidents are taken seriously and addressed through a structured, restorative process.

Behaviour & Discipline Policy

We believe in restorative approaches to behaviour management. Our policy is grounded in respect, responsibility, and fairness, ensuring every student is treated with dignity.

Health & Safety Policy

The safety of students, staff, and visitors is our highest priority. Our health and safety procedures are reviewed regularly and all staff are trained in first aid and emergency protocols.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

AWOW collects and processes personal data in compliance with Kenyan data protection laws. All records are stored securely, and family data is never shared with third parties without consent.
